This is enabled with a setting that you control ## Cancelling a booking For registered and logged in customers, they can login and see the bookings they have coming up. See an example below: ![[customer-cancelling-booking.png]] This is viewable in their profile. ### Automatic cancellation times This setting changes the time Jammed offers these refunds automatically to customers. You can choose to offer customers refunds automatically up to the start of the booking, 1-24 hours before, or never by choosing 'Never refund automatically'. You can read more about automatic cancellations in Jammed on our [[Website Settings]] help section. ### Refund settings In Jammed there's a choice for your cancellation policy; you can opt to allow customers to: - Cancel and be refunded - Cancel and receive credit on their account - Not allow any online cancellations For automatic refunds, these will be applied to the card they used to make the booking. You will lose the card fee on this transaction. For automatic credits, these will apply to the account they used to make the booking. The next time they make a booking with you, we'll take from this credit amount first, and then any extra from a card they provide Automatic cancelling of bookings can be changed to automatic application of credit to the customer's profile instead. ![[refund-settings.png]] ## Changing a booking > Jammed yet doesn't allow customers to change a booking they have made We have plans to add this feature soon, but at the moment we leave this part up to you. Customers emailing or phoning to change a booking that has been made. Once this feature is ready, it will be 'opt in' like the feature allowing customers to cancel bookings.
