## Protection on our servers
Our host Digital Ocean is a world-leader in web application hosting, and has state-of-the-art intrusion and compromise detection systems. All of the systems we control run on Digital Ocean. Only the director of Jammed Bookings has access, so further prevent unauthorised access.
The physical server hardware for Digital Ocean is housed in a secure datacenter in London, UK, and is protected by a firewall and a third party security team.
## Protection of payments
We use PCI compliant payment processors Stripe and Square for encrypting and processing credit card payments on Jammed. All Jammed invoices are processed by Stripe.

## Disaster recovery and backups
We backup your data every 24 hours, so no more than this will ever be lost if we suffer an unrecoverable failure within our platform.
These backups are encrypted and kept within the EU in a different physical location from our main application servers.
